Land Rover Defender Black Edition from Mansory. Tuning studio Mansory presented the carbon fiber SUV Land Rover Defender V8 Black Edition.

As part of the upgrade, Mansory tuned the Land Rover Defender’s 5.0-liter V8 engine, increasing its power to 650 hp.

The Land Rover Defender isn’t just one of the most powerful SUVs on the planet.

The latest generation model quickly established itself as a status symbol.

Tuner Mansory now offers the perfect upgrade package for those Defender owners who want to stand out on the street, but are willing to sacrifice the car’s off-road capabilities.

Mansory’s modified Defender is known simply as the Black Edition.

It is completely made in black. The tuner then created a striking new body kit for the Defender, which starts with a radically redesigned grille, painted black and complemented by new air intakes.

The changes continue with a pronounced splitter and a pair of new LED fog lights.

Mansory also gave the updated Defender some orange and bronze accents and created a lightweight carbon fiber hood with a large Mansory logo.

The sides of the Defender Black Edition are as expressive as the front.

What immediately catches your eye is a set of black 24×10-inch aerodisc-style wheels wrapped in 295/30 tires.

This set of wheels and tires will be completely useless anywhere other than perfectly smooth asphalt.

The large rear section also makes Mansory’s latest creation stand out.

The highlight is the two-piece split wing, as well as a new tailgate and diffuser with the same orange-bronze inserts as the front end.

The interior has also changed, which cannot be said about many Mansory projects.

Soft Alcantara adorns the seats, door panels, dashboard and headliner. Contrasting orange stitching and piping add extra flair to the car.

Rounding out the upgrade is a number of changes to the Defender’s 5.0-litre V8 engine, which now produces 650bhp. and 870 Nm.

These figures are enough to accelerate it to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h.
