КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БИКОЗЕНОМ ДЕНТА У БОЛЬНЫХ C ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫМИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ ПАРОДОНТА И РЕВМАТОИДНЫМ АРТРИТОМ

Резюме

Настоящее исследование проведено с целью оценки эффективности антимикробной терапии Бикозен дента при лечении хронического пародонтита (ХГП) при ревматоидном артрите (РА). Всего в исследовании приняли участие 86 человек, из них 66 больных РА (основная группа) с пародонтитом средней и легкой степени тяжести и 20 (контрольная группа) без соматической патологии со здоровыми тканями пародонта.

Исследование состояло из двух частей: в первой части были определены и оценены стоматологический статус, микробиология и иммунология обеих групп пациентов.

Во 2-й части исследования провели лечение у больных ХГП с РА, с применением Бикозена дента, произведённого в Узбекистане. Также было оценена эффективность местного применения у больных с ХГП и РА. Результаты лечения доказали высокую эффективность при лечении хронического генерализованного пародонтита легкой и средней степени тяжести, что позволяет рекомендовать в пародонтологической практике.
