Citroen e-C3 2024 is presented in Europe as a budget electric car with a range of 320 km.

The fourth-generation Citroen C3 will initially be available in electric form and is similar to the new C3 already on sale in emerging markets.

Citroen has unveiled the new all-electric supermini Citroen e-C3 with crossover-like features at a starting price of less than 25,000 euros or 2.5 million rubles.

Apart from the electric car, the French automaker has also confirmed that there will be a petrol variant of the Citroen C3 in the future.

The EU model is closely related to the Citroen New C3, which debuted two years ago and is already available in India and South America.

The roof, profile and proportions of both models are almost identical.

The European e-C3 boasts a redesigned head end and a slightly different rear end inspired by the Oli concept.

Highlights include LED headlights and taillights, introducing Citroen’s new lighting signature, as well as a reimagined oval logo, which appears for the first time on a supermini.

The style of the new product is more square and durable than that of the previous Citroen C3. At the same time, the e-C3 has a more sculpted body.

High ground clearance, plastic cladding, roof rails and decorative skid plates make the e-C3 look more like a crossover than a small hatchback.

However, the footprint is smaller than the family-friendly C3 Aircross, which will become even larger in the next-generation 2024 model.

The new platform is designed for electric vehicles using a Stellantis battery that provides a range of 320 km.

It will also increase from 20 to 80% in just 26 minutes thanks to 100 kW DC charging.

In addition, Citroen will also offer a petrol C3 for those who are not ready to take the step towards electric mobility.

The new Citroen e-C3 will be produced in Europe and will go on sale in European markets in early 2024 with a starting price of less than 25,000 euros or 2.5 million rubles.

This figure corresponds to the cost of future competitors, including the Renault 5 and VW ID.2.
